Online ChIP Seq Analysis Course
We want to enable you to analyse your ChIP-Seq (and CUT&Tag and ATAC-Seq) data on your own. This course guides you step by step from fastq files to the final figures. It covers everything from quality control to alignments to count matrix generation and differential analysis. No previous knowledge of R or Unix is necessary as we have introduction videos and exercises for both.
The course was created to fit into your busy schedules and consists of short explanatory videos, questions and exercises that you can do whenever and where ever you have time. Please block about 1-2 h per week for the course. After each module, a live Q&A (~1h) will allow you to ask all your questions and discuss exercises.
The first module is going to start on the 5th of October, 2022.
(As it is a combination of videos, exercises and live Q&A, it is no problem at all if you are on holidays or conferences in between ;))
