"Speaking with the hands - How your body shapes communication"

When we speak, we not only use our voice but our whole body. The workshop offers the
possibility to explore the role of gestures and other bodily movements in communication
and shows how and why our body shapes communication.
Through video analyses in combination with exercises for the voice and the body, the workshop sharpens the participants observation for these aspects and provides the basis for a better understanding of communication.

Workshop content: Why and how do we „speak“ with our hands? How do I use my body while speaking? How do I act in talks, lectures, and conversations?
